1. Uses: For heat treat for lining(long narrow block)
2. Character: Time work, convey continuously, heat treatment temperature is adjustable, temperature automatically controlling.
3. Structure and working principle: Machine is consisted of convey chain, main body, circle fan, heater, special working basket, empty basket return device. Convey chain level turning movement, cylinder pushing realizes time action. Work time is decided by the timer control cylinders stroke switch. The front of convey is feeding end and back is unfeeding end, the middle part is heat tunnel. The workpiece inlet/outlet equips lifting door. The workpiece goes in /out, the door open, otherwise the door close. The electric heating method adopts cycle fan to make the temperature even in oven. Automatically temperature controller ensures that the temperature keeps at the present value.
