JF 414A  Weighing Machine (for weaving machine)

1.      Uses: special for JF414 weaving machine. PLC control.

2.      Working principle:

Let the string in from the entrance of weight machine and hang naturally after leading pipe and cutting, but does not connect with the line barrel. Setting the weight and auto mode, then start auto button and the feeding motor running and feeding string, the string falls down into the barrel. When the weighing sensor gets the setting value, the motor stop and robot hand put out, clamp, cut down by cutter, then robot hand turn working position, feed, go back. The action of robot hand and cutter is finished by cylinder and controlled by P.L.C.
