1.      Uses

for installing and fixing before sticking and take-down after sticking for assembly of shoes.

2.      Character

the device is adjusted according to the needed pressure of bonding shoes. It is easily to maintenance, operate and control.

3. Working principle

First, vertically place jag spring plate on the both side of fix and swing fork. Then place the shoe, friction material, and cover the steel belt. Foot down foot switch, cylinder drive the swing arm. At this time the steel plate disappear bending and distortion (produce expanding force), put a supporting bar on the middle of fork, foot down foot switch to get back original position. A working cycle is finished. Taking down work-piece is opposite with above.

Working pressure is 0.5 Mpa when adjusting cylinder.
